looksoftware's support service provides remote support to IT professionals who are using the looksoftware application modernization toolset for development, deployment and management of applications in commercial environments.

looksoftware's support services are available to direct customers who have a paid up maintenance contract with us. Direct customers who wish to renew their maintenance contracts can contact their Account Manager directly or via info@looksoftware.com

looksoftware's products are bundled into solutions offered by many third party Independent Software Vendors (ISVs). If you are using a solution not directly purchased from looksoftware, please contact the vendor for support.

  • Pre-Sales and Post-Sales consulting requests are not available through this service and should be directed to your looksoftware Account Manager.
  • On-site support is not available through this service. We provide support services remotely from our sites to your sites, unless an on-site visit has been previously approved.
